Designed by EVS-Sports team, LIFT Safety’s helmet line offers an appropriate level of protection no matter your needs or budget. Choose a hard hat from either the budget-friendly Briggs line or the fiber-reinforced DAX line of helmets, all available at MTN Shop.

Are you wondering which helmet is best for you? We’ll walk you through the different styles available so you can make an informed choice when selecting your next safety helmet.

Briggs Helmets

The Briggs style of helmets offer first-rate protection at an affordable price. When you’re looking for a standard hard hat for general industrial work, such as construction, these are basic helmets that still offer superior production and comfort.

All Briggs style industrial helmets have a perforated Clarino® synthetic leather comfort dome with molded EVA foam insert for additional shock absorbing protection and comfort. An oversized ratcheting fitment dial makes it easy to adjust the size, even when wearing gloves.  The Four Point Suspension System and adjustable chin strap provide a secure, comfortable fit and increased protection.

Choose from either Briggs Full Brim Hard Hat (optionally with vents) or the Briggs Short Brim Hard Hat (also available as a vented option). Non-vented helmets meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 requirements for type 1 class E. Vented hard hats meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 requirements for type 1 class C. Class E refers to helmets that are tested to withstand 20,000 volts of electricity. Class C hard hats, on the other hand, provide no electrical protection.

These helmets are available in a variety of colors, including grey, yellow, orange, blue, and white.

Dax Hard Hats

The Dax line of helmets is LIFT Safety’s most innovative, stylish, and ultra-protective hard hats to date. Choose a helmet with either a fiber-reinforced resin or a carbon fiber-reinforced shell. All Dax helmets are engineered for optimum protection, including a 6-point suspension system for a secure, comfortable fit, and a triple reinforced crown for superior impact protection.

The DAX fiber-reinforced hard hat is available in both full brim and cap-style helmets. They contain a perforated Clarino® synthetic leather comfort dome with molded EVA foam insert for additional shock absorbing protection to the top of the head and an oversized ratcheting fitment dial to adjust the size with ease.

When you’re looking for a hard hat with even more impact resistance, the DAX line of helmets is also available in carbon fiber-reinforced options. Carbon fiber is already known as a very strong yet lightweight material—in fact, it’s even stronger than steel. LIFT Safety has taken this durable material (often used to make aircraft wings and propeller blades) and added it to their safety helmets, available in both Full Brim and Cap-style.

LIFT SAFETY - DAX CARBON FIBER HARD HAT CAP

The full brim style safety helmets meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 requirements for type 1 class G & C, or C. The hard hat caps meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 requirements for type 1 class, C.

If your hard hat outlasts its suspension system, we’ve got you covered! Our DAX Hard Hat LUX Suspension includes headband, browband and crown straps with a one-handed ratchet adjuster for an easy-to-use, comfortable fit.

Hi-Viz Apparel

When being seen is a major component of workplace safety, you can rely on LIFT Safety’s hi-viz apparel. Their line of warm, waterproof jackets is designed for extreme weather use and will keep you comfortable as well as visible. These jackets have reflective tape for visibility in low light environments.

The Viz-Pro Parka Jacket is easily adaptable to the weather conditions and features a removable inner fleece liner and a removable hood. It also features 2” width reflective tape for visibility in low light environments. The parka features a longer fit profile which is perfect for taller individuals.

LIFT VIZ-PRO PARKA JACKET - HI-VIZ

The Viz-Pro Bomber Jacket features the same benefits as the parka style jackets with a slightly different profile. Both options feature a removable inner fleece liner and a removable hood.

When waterproofing isn’t a concern, the Viz-Pro Hoodie will keep you warm and visible while working on chilly days.

In the summer months, hot work days may instead call for the Viz-Pro T-Shirt, a comfortable and breathable short sleeved shirt with 2” width reflective tape offering ANSI/ISEA class 2 certification. This shirt is available in two color options: yellow and orange.
