This new release features a number of improvements and benefits over its predecessor, making it an even more attractive option for those in need of a reliable and high-performance helmet.

One of the most notable enhancements is the increased level of protection provided by the Kask Zenith X2. The helmet is designed to meet and exceed a wide range of industry standards and certifications, including EN 12492, ANSI Z89.1-2014, and CSA Z94.1-15. This means that it provides exceptional protection against impact, penetration, and electrical hazards, making it ideal for use in a variety of different environments and applications.

Unique Benefits of the Kask Zenith X2

• Upgraded chin strap with magnetic buckle: The helmet features an innovative magnetic buckle system that makes it easy to fasten and unfasten the chin strap, even with gloves on.

The Click-In system is an enhanced attachment system that quickly secures the helmet in place, improves padding durability, and allows for easier replacement and removal. The helmet's fabric is integrated with Hydrocool moisture-wicking technology and a deodorizing silver ion treatment for enhanced user comfort.

The Adaptive Fit System is a size adjustment system that integrates three components for all-day comfort. It includes a double diameter dial for easier size adjustments, ergonomic side wings for a fast and secure fit against the back of the head, and a patented Self Adaptive Live Hinge technology that moves as the wearer moves.

The helmet meets Class E (Electrical) protection standards and is proof tested at 20,000 volts. Its eco-leather chinstrap is designed with rear adjustment points for a more personalized fit, accommodates wider sizes, and adapts to earmuff use. A lime color clasp indicates that the helmet meets EN 12492 standard.

Polypropylene HD External Shell
The helmet features a lightweight, high-density polypropylene (HD) shell that delivers exceptional impact absorption, particularly in low temperatures down to -30ºC. It also resists yellowing and material degradation, ensuring long-term durability.

D-Core Technology
The inner shell is constructed with a low-density core engineered for optimal protection from top impacts, offering reliable head safety without compromising comfort.

HD Crown Protection
A high-density crown system enhances all-around protection and contributes to a more comfortable fit for extended wear.

Click-In System
An innovative attachment mechanism allows for fast and secure installation or removal of internal padding. It improves overall durability and simplifies maintenance.

DRY+ Fabric
Equipped with Hydrocool® moisture-wicking technology and soft-touch textiles, the interior ensures superior comfort. The padding is also treated with silver ions to provide deodorizing and antibacterial protection.

Electric Shock Protection
Certified to Class E (Electrical) standards, the helmet is proof-tested at 20,000 volts, making it suitable for environments with electrical hazards.

Ring to Hook
A secure loop on the chinstrap allows the helmet to be safely attached to a harness or gear when not in use.

Frontal Accessory Slot
A built-in front slot enables integration of accessories like headlamps or badge holders. It includes a protective cap to keep out dirt and debris.

Replaceable Lamp Clips
The helmet includes four removable nylon lamp clips, compatible with KASK and most elastic-band headlamps in the industry.

Hi-Viz Nameplate
A high-visibility nameplate is located at the rear of the helmet for quick identification of the wearer.

Earplug Hooks
The lamp clips feature integrated hooks for easy and secure storage of earplugs.

Earmuff Attachment Slots
Pre-configured slots on each side of the helmet allow for seamless attachment of KASK earmuffs using standard adapters.

Easy Click Visor Adaptors
Designed with user-friendly click-in adaptors, the helmet supports quick and tool-free installation of compatible visors.
