- 1 to 10 Ton Capacity: Five models rated from 2,000 to 20,000 lb, from the BC-1 to the heavy duty BC-10.
- Adjustable Screw Mechanism: Threaded spindle fits I-beam flanges from 3 to 12.6 in. wide, depending on model.
- Reduced Flange Stress: Special jaw design distributes the load away from the flange edge for a secure grip.
- Low Headroom, Lifetime Warranty: Built-in suspension bar keeps headroom to a minimum, backed by a CM lifetime warranty.
CM Screwlok Beam Clamp, 1 to 10 Ton
The CM Screwlok Beam Clamp attaches to the lower flange of a structural steel I-beam to create a semi-permanent lifting point for manual and electric chain hoists. Available in five capacities from 1 to 10 ton (2,000 to 20,000 lb), it fits I-beam flange widths from 3 to 12.6 in., depending on the model.
A threaded screw mechanism lets you adjust the clamp quickly to the beam width and lock it securely in place. The special jaw design distributes the load away from the flange edge, reducing flange stress, while the built-in suspension bar provides low headroom for applications where every inch of lift counts.
Why the CM Screwlok Beam Clamp
- Five capacities: 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 ton
- Adjustable threaded mechanism fits a wide range of flange widths
- Jaw design distributes load away from the flange edge
- Built-in suspension bar for low headroom
- Works with manual and electric chain hoists and rigging hardware
- CM lifetime warranty
Choosing the right beam clamp
Select a beam clamp with a capacity equal to or greater than the hoist and load it will support, then check that your beam's flange width falls within the clamp's range. The 1 and 2 ton models fit flanges from 3 to 9 in., the 3 ton fits 3.2 to 12.6 in., the 5 ton fits 3.6 to 12.2 in. and the 10 ton fits 3.6 to 12.6 in. Measure the flange width before ordering.
Ideal for
Rigging operations with vertical or horizontal loads, hoisting anchors in warehouses, workshops and construction sites, entertainment rigging, and positioning and holding beams for welding in commercial and industrial applications.

Safety: Never exceed the rated capacity of the beam clamp, and make sure the beam itself is rated for the load. Install the clamp on the lower flange with the jaws fully seated and the screw tightened, and load it vertically below the beam unless the application has been engineered otherwise. Inspect before each use.
