Kuzar Tower Lift K-60

The K-60, is our newest and most powerful lifter with TUV certification according to EN 17206-2:2023 regulations.

The Kuzar K-60 is a static dynamic lifter designed for vertically lifting lighting, trussing etc. in the professional sound and light sector. The only TUV certified lifter of its kind on the market, it is capable of lifting 1102 lb to a height of 23.6’ in dynamic mode and a massive 2204 lb in structural mode. Structural mode is when the lifter is cranked up to the desired height without anything except a manual/electric hoist attached to the forks and then the load is elevated by the hoist.

Weighing 571 lb, the K-60 is comprised of 5 premium grade 6082-T6 epoxy, powder coated, black aluminum profile sections and operated via a manual AL-KO winch with galvanized steel cable and customized bearing fitted pullies. Each section is fitted with 'SLS' Safe Lock System for enhanced safety. The system automatically engages during elevation, securing the mast and eliminating reliance on the lifting cable to support the load. Additionally, each section incorporates an internal pendulum safety mechanism that locks the tower in the event of a sudden drop.

The K-60 is also equipped with two telescopic lateral braces which enhance the stability and strength of the lifter. These braces can be positioned in two configurations, with the safe working load varying depending on the selected setup (refer to the datasheet). This flexibility allows the operator to position the lift closer to structures or stage elements when required. Additionally, the lift comes complete with one AGR-1 and four TA-2, fixed to the body so that the user has all the accessories necessary for lifting both line array and/or trussing.

The heavy-duty steel base is fitted with four 360° swivel castors for smooth manoeuvrability, complemented by a central steering handle for controlled movement. Integrated mounting points on the base allow for the attachment of a dedicated accessory designed for transporting the K-60 via pallet truck. Two 29.5'' steel loading forks, rotating up to 180°, are included and can be configured in two positions depending on the application. These are connected to a reinforced steel lifting carriage for added durability. All pins and retaining clips are secured to the structure using high-strength, nylon-coated steel lanyards to prevent loss during operation.

Important Warranty Information

All Kuzar lifts come with 2 years warranty. This warranty period is from the date of purchase. Kuzar will repair any defect product caused by either faulty materials or poor workmanship free of charge within this period as long as the parts are fitted by an authorized Kuzar dealer. Should the product have been manipulated in any way or a repair attempted by an unauthorized dealer the warranty will be invalid. This warranty does not cover damage occurred by improper use.
