Hansen Protection SeaArctic Immersion Suit 82607 SOLAS

SeaArctic is an advanced development of our SeaNordic suit with several important additional features. The suit features a certified integrated self-righting system that automatically turns the wearer into the correct face-up position, even if unconscious. The wearer can also manually inflate the bladder in the hood to increase water tightness around the face area and to improve buoyancy and freeboard. The suit carries a 6-hour certification and can be used without a lifejacket. It provides reliable life insurance on board fishing vessels, merchant ships, and mobile offshore installations.

Key Features:

  • Automatic self-righting unit (NMD-compliant) for enhanced emergency safety
  • Integrated hood with inflatable bladder for improved watertightness and freeboard
  • Flame-retardant and UV-resistant 5 mm neoprene construction with reinforced seams
  • Distinctive 3-finger gloves with elastic straps and Velcro leg adjusters for fit and security
  • SOLAS-approved and accepted by Transport Canada and RMRS for global compliance

Specifications:

  • Waterproof main zipper made of soft PU/plastic for easy closure
  • Neoprene wrist seals and thermo-resistant rubber soles for grip and comfort
  • Integral sprayhood and approved emergency light for added visibility and protection
  • Lifting strap with stainless steel D-ring and carabiner hook for safe retrieval
  • 6-hour thermal protection in cold water (below 2°C) without lifejacket
