This is a replacement latch type upper hook for Next-Gen Lodestar Large Frame Models J, L & LL. This item includes only the hook. For Next-Gen series hoists, use part number 3661NH for a Swivel Suspension or 3651NH for a Rigid Hook.  If you are looking for a Latchlok type hook, select part number 36678.
