At Mountain Productions we have recently teamed up with other world-class organizations and restructured our entire manufacturing team in order to manufacture and supply protective equipment to those in need.
To scale up our relief efforts, we have partnered with i2M, a company with extensive experience in the calendering and lamination of polymer-based films, to ensure that our in-house protective equipment is reliable and effective.

Anti-Microbial Vinyl Protective Gowns
These long-sleeved gowns are designed to fit like a standard isolation gown. Their generous size provides full coverage and flexibility to the wearer. With a waterproof design and anti-microbial properties, these gowns can be quickly and easily wiped clean.

3-Ply Face Masks
Constructed from non-woven fabric, these face masks provide protection against the spread of infectious airborne droplets. These 3-ply face masks with Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BEF) of up to 95%, maintain smooth breathability and reduce skin irritation.
4-Ply KN95 Mask
With 4-layer filtration and excellent protection, these 4-ply masks help to prevent the spread of germs and protect users from airborne particles and allergens, without compromising on comfort. The nose piece fits securely over the bridge of the nose and the ear bands keep the mask secure from shifting during movement. These disposable protective masks, with 95% filtration efficiency, are suitable for both home and professional use.

This large face shield provides superior protection against liquid droplets and splashes while also providing a secure and comfortable fit. Covering the entire face and neck, the anti-microbial formulation of this face shield helps to kill bacteria on contact.

Double-Sided Anti-Fog Protective Face Shield
These double-sided face shields protect the wearer’s full face from airborne particles such as droplets and saliva. They include double-sided anti-fog PET material while also having a flexible see-through design. This face shield is resistant to high temperatures and includes an adjustable strap with foam slip for added comfort.

FDA-Compliant Hand Sanitizer
Unlike traditional hand sanitizers that generally lead to dry and cracked skin, this Simpurity Hand Sanitizer not only kills 99.99% of germs but also rejuvenates and soothes sore hands. Regular hand sanitizer contains four main ingredients: Alcohol, Glycerin/Glycerol, Hydrogen Peroxide and Sterile distilled or boiled cold water. While both the Alcohol and Hydrogen Peroxide break down and kill micro-organisms, they also break down skin cells causing skin to dry out. Therefore, with the addition of Aloe Vera and Tea Tree Oil, Simpurity Hand Sanitizer does an outstanding job of keeping hands soft and moisturized while still dissipating quickly on the hands.
