The CMC Helitack AirBag is designed for rapid packaging and extraction of a subject during helicopter operations using a short-haul or hoist. It is classified to NFPA standards and compatible with a backboard, litter or vacuum splint, offering primary and secondary closure systems and durable yet compact materials that are simple to use, quick to deploy and easy to stow.

- Cobra Buckles: Integrated machined aluminum Cobra Buckles are secure, easy to adjust and speed up loading and unloading.
- Patient Access: Bi-lateral patient access ports allow quick access during operation, with an adjustable hood to help protect the patient’s face.
- Secure Attachment: Two steel D-ring attachment points plus two internal straps with Cobra Buckles secure the top of a backboard or litter.
- Patient Packaging: Three color-coded internal patient packaging straps with quick-connect buckles.
- Handling and Visibility: Ten hi-viz support handles aid carrying, positioning and loading, and full-length safety-glow accents reflect and glow for night visibility.
