The Adaptive Technologies Group MM-019-BT supports and aims cinema surround speakers with square four-point mounting patterns of 2.6 x 2.6 in or 1.6 x 1.6 in from ceiling mounts and strut, using ceiling plates, pipe extensions and strut adapters.

It gives up to 360 degrees of pan and 180 degrees of tilt and is rated 75 lb (34.1 kg) at a 5:1 design factor.
