Kuzar K-10 Tower Lift

The Kuzar K-10 Tower Lift is a single-operator aluminium truss ground support tower engineered for indoor live events, concerts, and entertainment productions. The tower erects via an integrated steel-cable winch that pivots the structure over the base's ball joints into a fully vertical position, no crew required. A rigid steel base provides the stability needed throughout the lift, while non-slip adjustable feet lock the footprint in place once deployed.

Built around Kuzar's 30×30 cm truss section using 50mm Ø tubes with 2.5mm wall thickness in 6082-T6 aluminium, the K-10 is supplied as a 7m assembly composed of four sections: 1m + 3m + 2m + 1m. The working height can be extended up to 8m with optional additional sections. Load is raised and lowered by manual hoist, and the automatic trigger braking system prevents any unintended sleeve descent. Compatible adaptors are available separately for integration with Global Truss F34PL and Global Truss F34 Standard truss sections.

For indoor use only. This product has no wind speed rating and is not approved for outdoor or open-air installations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Kuzar K-10 Tower Lifting system used for?
The Kuzar K-10 Tower Lifting system is designed for indoor live events, concerts and entertainment productions across the US. It is used to elevate truss bridges, lighting rigs and PA systems to working height using a single-operator manual winch. It is not approved for outdoor or open-air use as it carries no wind speed rating.
How much weight can the Kuzar K-10 Tower Lifting system handle?
The K-10 has a maximum load capacity of 500 kg (1,102 lb) at any working height. The minimum load for correct mechanical operation is 25 lb (25 kg). When two K-10 towers are used together supporting a truss bridge, the combined total capacity is 1,000 kg (2,204 lb).
What height does the Kuzar K-10 Tower Lifting system reach?
The K-10 reaches a standard working height of 7 m (23 ft) using four aluminium truss sections: 1 m + 3 m + 2 m + 1 m. The height can be extended up to 8 m (26 ft) with optional additional sections, or reduced to 3 m, 4 m, 5 m or 6 m configurations depending on production requirements.
Does the Kuzar K-10 Tower Lifting system require a full crew to set up?
No. The K-10 is designed for single-operator use. One person assembles the aluminium truss sections on the ground and operates the manual cable winch to raise the tower into a fully vertical position. A second operator can assist during the raising phase but is not required.
What safety systems are included with the Kuzar K-10 Tower Lifting system?
The K-10 includes an automatic trigger braking system on the steel lifting carriage that engages instantly if cable tension is lost, preventing any unintended descent. Outrigger legs are secured with hexagonal safety triggers, and the base includes adjustable non-slip rubber feet and a spirit level for accurate vertical alignment before raising any load. The tower is CE certified and manufactured in Spain to EU machinery directive standards.
