The SMC Triguard Auto-Lock Lite Steel Carabiner – NFPA is a lite alloy steel carabiner with a triple action gate for maximum security. The triguard gate is easily opened with one hand and just as easily returned to a fully locked position.
This carabiner has a stainless steel spring, pin, and sleeve for smooth operation, and its “D” shape provides a smooth transfer of the munter hitch when used as a belay. The SMC Triguard Auto-Lock Lite Steel Carabiner has ample volume to clip in large diameter ropes and over the rails of most litters.
